Amazing Neves shows a modern detached house
This time we’re going to the people of As Neves – A Capela (A Coruña) to show a detached house surrounded by a unique landscape with the use of a modern and functional language. He is a building of 160 square meters built basement floor, 300 square meters in floor and a loft on the top floor of 50 square meters.
The roundness of the formal lines of marked horizontality, establish a continuous architectural concrete and shale that opens on a slight natural slope. Single storey with a loft which opens to a garden is perceived from the outside. The visor of concrete brings personality to the whole of the work.
Glass holes, in the sunniest slope, enable views and expand the lightness of a construction designed both to be lived in the interior and abroad. the rational structure, based on the architectural utalitarismo, added an interior space in which predominate the open and perfectly intercommunicating spaces between if.
Outside the contrast between gray and black of the slate and the concrete is the dominant pattern, with the exception of a concrete framework that acts as corridor and where the walls have been painted, in a personal way, in shades of purple. A huge concrete visor prevents the passage of rain and so the perimeter of the be can be used when weather conditions are adverse.
Inside, the housing is conceived as a living element, with a more comprehensive and proven color palette: white, purple, and even red, combined with a furniture that follows freshness in his election and also in a careful arrangement. It is that architecture becomes an integral part of the landscape on which it sits, chasing the structure to emerge gently from the earth itself.
