Himeji Observatory House
his solid house is situated in the historic district, close to the castle of Himeji. The main customer’s wishes was to provide views of the castle, to provide office space and parking for 5 cars, including three guests, as well as to organize a small garden in which, inter alia, could dry laundry and walk the dog. The house is three storeys, at the very top is available with a huge living room window of the species at the castle. On the first floor office is located on the second – three bedrooms. From an architectural point of view of building is a “hyperbolic parabollicheskie” walls (see the concept of the model), sloping outwards, thus increasing, the inner area of ??the lower level to the top. Shift of volume relative to the central part of one side creates a parking lot, on the other, back and organizes required minidvorik. Concrete texture facades eventually grow old and vytsvetet, trees grow, and the house on the vision of the author, should be completely fit into the historic building.
