Leonardo Table – Inspired by Leonardo Da Vinci
The important collaboration between the brand Morelato and the renowned architect Marco Ferreri was born a new project: Leonardo table proposed Morelato OperaThe new collection launched by the company that collects and numbered limited editions of works which are also part of other prestigious designers of the likes of Fabio Novembre and Michele De Lucchi. Its public debut last month at the Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2010 Milan, Leonardo was a wooden table that nothing inspires little less than the freestanding bridge designed by the genius of Leonardo Da Vinci. The table Leonardo conceived and designed by Marco Ferreri for Morelato consists of an innovative and original structure without screws holding the plan only through the joints and the force of gravity. Made entirely by hand, This table is composed of a base made of oak composed of legs joined by a dry joint upon which a plan available in wood or fine crystal. This allows to notice the underlying articulated structure giving a touch of elegance and class. Easy to carry thanks to its modular structure, Leonardo is perfect to furnish the interior spaces as outdoor environments.
