nat. Fine Food is a chain of restaurants and takeaways in Hamburg that serve only organic food in modern design fresh and contemporary.
the motto of nat fine food “nature comes to town” has influenced the concept of the project: the restaurant is designed as an urban oasis in the study eins: eins architekt. so the space is open and fluid as a garden while the choice material further emphasizes this approach. tactile surfaces sinuous lines of the furnishings are declined in white, the brown of oak flooring in dark gray columns and walls to accentuate the contrast with the green coatings.
