Nyberg Villa in Sweden, an ecological house up for grabs
This house is the first of a number of sustainable-energy houses, passive houses the Swedish architects Kjellgren Kaminsky Architecture have been developed in collaboration with the company Emrahus. In addition to ecological, housing is designed to respond to the aesthetic Nordic classic: simple organic shapes, bright colors to enhance the soft northern light and natural materials of wood prominence.

The houses are tailored to the customer and custom are constructed. In this case, Nyberg, a family with children already enjoy sustainable home in a relaxing place of Borlänge, in central Sweden.
Passive houses are extremely well-insulated buildings capable of maintaining long the heat present in the building, both coming from the sunlight, as generated by the very people and household equipment. Thus, reducing heat loss is one of the objectives of the house, based on simulations of energy consumption, is designed so that only need an additional energy of 25 kWh / m 2 per year.
