Villa on the sea in Russia

This villa is in a very peculiar place. The spot is surrounded by numerous sanatoriums 20 years of constructivist architecture. This project was developed in full cooperation with the context, it appeared, summarizing the special qualities of the terrain and the existing architecture. Terraces volume slide along the hill, revealing a magnificent view of the coast on the one hand, and interacting with the existing landscape on the other. The house consists of three volumes that reflect the client’s wish “to have three separate rooms for family members.” A spacious terrace and Pool in the lower part of the house together all three volumes. From the sea front is completely open and glazed, the return portion is perforated.
