Water House – Fernandez Architects
Housing that was planned dialogue with their environment, in constant contact with him and getting the most out of its physical implementation. The proposed architecture combines pure volumes and planes flown, generated from a pool of water that runs through and longitudinally divided housing, the latter being the main protagonist. Resolved on two floors and handled with special care the privacy of it, being introverted and extroverted road in its rear elevation, achieving in this way, the daily activity of the housing from tipping back garden. Materially, it incorporates the presence of exposed concrete to horizontal planes, the painted plaster for walls and wood as secondary. Inside, after his accession underlines the presence of water arranged by a walkway to the needs acts as an integrator or separator between the living room and double height living room.
