Zaha Hadid and Cairo Expo City
The famous architect Zaha Hadid is slowly but surely dotting the landscape with his architectural creations worldwide.
In addition to its entry into the fashion, as the collaboration Lacoste, Hadid has a myriad of projects including the construction of the London Aquatics Center for the 2012 Summer Olympics and, more recently, the Cairo Expo City. The Egyptian project covers 450,000 square meters and is designed to mimic the natural topography of the Nile valley, the design provides exhibitions and conferences to the influx of business travelers in Cairo in order to restart the local economy .
The main artery of the building departs in major tributaries to the various meeting rooms and commercial purposes, Hadid is also on board for the construction of stone towers (Towers Stone), and create a business park in Cairo.
